Player and staff data
The club creates a profile on the website for all players and staff that have been notified to the website administators as members of the club. For all age groups under 11 or below (as per FA guidelines) this information is to be viewed by club members only and is password protected. To obtain the password members should contact their team coordinator or the website administrator via email@example.com
Player information is used to create match reports covering player appearances, goals scored and awards of “player of the match”. Team coordinators also supply written match summaries that are often posted onto the website. If any player or parent of a player wishes to be provided with their personal data or to have personal data removed please send a request to this email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Clapham Rangers Football club displays photos of players that are shared by club members in accordance with the consents collected by our player registration service Love Admin that can reached by this link: https://app.loveadmin.com/sign-in . If any user would like to notifiy the club to remove an image please contact email@example.com

How long we retain your data:
