Trials Announcement 2020/21

Clapham Rangers Football Club are pleased to release the following trial dates for players who are interested in joining a team for the 2021/2022 football season:

Under 7/8 Trial Dates
1. Date: Monday 24 May Venue: La Retraite School Time: 17:00-18:30pm
2. Date: Monday 31 May Venue: Clapham Common, Victoria Rise Time: 17:00-18:30pm

Under 9/10 Trials Dates
1. Date: Thursday 27 May Venue: La Retraite School Time: 17:00-18:30pm
2. Date: Tuesday 01 June Venue: Clapham Common, Victoria Rise Time: 13:00-14:30pm

Under 11/12 Trials Trial Dates
1. Date: Wednesday 02 June Venue: Clapham Common, Victoria Rise Time: 13:00-14:30pm
2. Date: Thursday 03 June Venue: Clapham Common, Victoria Rise Time: 13:00-14:30pm

During the trial players will be assessed using the FA’s 4 Corner Model. The FA’s Four Corner Model encompasses four key attributes that are vital for any developing young footballer ie Physical, Technical, Psychological and Social elements, helping children to develop more than just their football skills. Feedback will be made available upon completion of trial and results being made available.

How to sign up for the trials:

Currently Registered Players U7 up to U12:

• For players currently registered to attend Saturday Development Sessions on LoveAdmin who would like to attend the 2021/22 trials, please email psol@claphamrangersfc.com confirming your child’s name, date of birth, current school year, position they normally play in and which team they wish to trial for next season. We will then ensure that their current record is updated accordingly.

New Players U7 up to U12:

• If the player is not registered or you know of other parties who may be interested then please advise them to register for Saturday Morning Development Sessions using the form below and email psol@claphamrangersfc.com confirming your childs name, date of birth, current school year, position they normally play in and which team they wish to trial for next season

New Players U13s and above:

• All players wishing to join U13-U16 teams next season should register and complete 2021/2022 Trialist form below.
