It is with huge regret that we have decided to withdraw the U12 Youth team from the League with immediate effect . This has been mainly due to the lack of available players each week and the constant clash of school activities with Saturday games.
With the last 3 games being awarded to the opposition as we could not field a team & another 3 where we were a player or two short & no goalkeeper for most games ,it has become counterproductive for the boys and the club as a whole.
We want to continue to give these players the opportunity to play and train for Clapham Rangers ,so have decided that 6 players will join the Colts and 7 players will move to the Juniors, U12 Coaches will decide this week on who moves where & notify each individual shortly
. For your information the Club plans on having only two teams next season due to requirement of fielding eleven a side teams at U13s.
