WANTED: ENTHUSIASTIC TEAM COORDINATORS FOR CLAPHAM RANGERS TEAMS
TIME COMMITMENT: Approximately one hour preparing midweek & matches on Saturdays
SEASON DATES: Training/Matches/Tournaments: September ’17 – June ‘18
QUALIFICATIONS: parent/guardian of current squad member
BACKGROUND:
- Clapham Rangers is home to 17 teams from U7 to U15 and plays in the London Saturday Youth Football League with each team led by a qualified coach
- In addition each team has a volunteer Team Coordinator appointed to assist the club in organising the players attendance for matches and generally helping the teams enjoy their experience to the highest possible levels
- Specific duties include communicating fixtures to squad midweek, attending each match and submitting match reports
- Clapham Rangers teams play the majority of Home games on Clapham Common (Northside), as well as Dulwich & King George’s Park and play Away games across South & West London (Brentford to Kidbrooke)
- Weekly training takes place on Clapham Common for squad players during the Summer, on local astro pitches during the winter
