Brief Match Summary:
Clapham found themselves 1-0 down within five minutes of the kick off and had to show some character, to get back into the game, which they did, levelling the score soon after. The boys then continued to push forward at every opportunity and after converting a couple of more chances, they were 3-1 up after fifteen minutes, which is how the first half finished. Early in the second half Clapham went further ahead through an amazing, long range free kick taken by Anand Batra and were soon even further ahead. Although Lambeth fought hard and pulled a couple of goals back, two late strikes ensured that Clapham finished the match covincing winners, with the final score being 7-3. Special mention this week to Theo Tabraham, who was deservedly named Man of the Match for his outstanding performance throughout the game.
